We start the journey into the inner self because of an impulse of the soul which
cannot be described by which the mind as it is a distant infinite memory.
In the external world it is possible to make clear judgments because we can see and hear everything; but because on the journey into the inner self we may not know clearly what we are trying to find, we cannot judge which is right or wrong. So what is it we are trying to judge?
In fact we need to know what we are looking for before we try to look for it. Here are the most basic questions in ego exploration:
Who am I?
Where did I come from?
Where am I going?
Why am I here?
What am I looking for?
Am I living in true Nature?
